Q: What do you do in the off-season to stay in shape?
A: I start my offseason conditioning about 3 weeks after our last game. I will get back into lifting weights, but mostly run. I will start running on the treadmill about a mile and a half, 3 times a week. I also lift weights three times a week. I will do this until we start up as a team with our offseason conditioning program at the end of March. So football really runs 12 months out of the year for me.

A:
I am good friends with all the O-linemen. Big Cat, Olin, Chris Villarial and Jim Miller, we all do alot together. Brad Maynard and I are also good buddies. Urlacher and I are also close, we are big golfing buddies. This team is pretty good we all really hang out with each other. After games we will all sometimes meet up for dinner.
